Ay, that salt water and the earth—my father swears by it too, says the sea gives and the land fixes what the sea takes. But I have to ask, respectfully: if the cooperative building from a government office is so impossible, then how do we explain the one in Calangute that actually got the fisherfolk better diesel rates, or is that just a capacitor that hasn't been grounded yet?
Arre yaar, that baba line hit different—my own dad says the same about his tractor, never seen a mechanic fix it better than a week sitting in the sun and good mud. And that capacitor-grounding thing is spot on: I’ve seen Splendor engines run smoother after a bumpy village road than any service centre tune-up. Sarkari office waalon ko kya pata, they never even smelled real soil.
