Yesterday, while arranging matchboxes, I found one from the 1998 dangal in Chhara. My old friend Rampal, a pehlwan himself, gave it to me over chai ki pyali. The sky today is the same colour of dry earth as it was that afternoon—Waheguru blesses the akhara with such steadfastness.
