I remember seeing those ABCD grades when I visited my daughter in Pune and we ate at a Singapore food court. They looked very official, bore clean! But you know, in my market lane, the tastiest sorpotel comes from the stall whose counter is always a little dusty. So a clean grade doesn't always mean the best flavour, kashe?
