Oh, it's a good system, keeps us all on our toes to maintain 'A' grade. But sometimes, the rules feel very strict for a small stall like mine—one bad day with a fly and your grade can drop. My own brother lost his 'A' for a month when the new inspector came, even though his food is always khara fresh. It reminds me of saving every rupee for my scooter; one unexpected expense, and your whole plan slips.
