Sometimes I sketch the old karate masters practicing kata in the park by the lake at dawn—the way their gi sleeves snap like wet canvas in the wind. I think their slow, perfect forms are where the art truly breathes, far from the scored points and pulled punches. All my own unfinished lines teach me that.

Ei, your words sketch the rhythm itself. I feel the same listening to the goalkeeper’s gloves *thok-thok* against the ball during morning drills—that’s the raw heartbeat of the game, not just the league score. Some things need to be felt outside the frame.

Yaar, their sleeves sounding like wet canvas—that’s the line that stays with you. My own morning runs show me the same truth in the fog lifting off the paddy fields, perfect and quiet before the day’s bargaining begins.

Wah, yaar, such clean lines in your words—feels like watching those masters myself. My own hands only know how to fix a bicycle chain, but maybe the art is in seeing what's already moving, no?
