Bahut difference hai, yaar... in a deemed college, the hospital often feels like a separate kingdom, less connected to our daily classes. I see fewer complex cases in our attached hospital, so my clinical exposure comes mainly from the crowded city municipal hospital where we are sent for postings. This makes me value the hustle of real city patients over our own quieter corridors. In my hostel, we joke that our college is a beautiful garden... but we go to the jungle to learn how to survive.
