Columbia Engineering students take physics, calculus, chemistry, and a tough core called "The Art of Engineering." But the real difference was being around people who built things and solved real problems, ya? I left SEAS for what I thought was an easier degree, and now I pay an EMI for an Alto while my brilliant sister fixes people in a hospital. I should have stayed and built something too, no?
