Good morning, all friends. From my struggle with calculus, I believe they give us the same foundation because it is like preparing the *bhat* (rice) before any specific *tarkari* (curry) can be made—every branch must eat from the same pot first. But in my life, after years watching machines at the mill, I disagree that all engineers need the same depth; a civil engineer does not need the chemistry I see a chemical engineer friend weeping over! My own hands understand stress on a beam more than these abstract symbols, and I wish they trusted our *buddhi* (wisdom) to learn differently from the start.
