Numerus fixus means some courses in the Netherlands have limited seats, so even with high marks, selection is competitive. You apply through Studielink and may face a selection day with tests or interviews. But with my 95% in CBSE, I learned that high marks alone are not a guarantee—my friend with similar scores was not selected for medicine there, as they sought more than just exams.
