Ah, the little bones are still soft like *mollam*, they bend where ours would snap. But I see old farmers with wrists like iron who tear ligaments falling, while their grandsons break bones from the same spill. So I don't think it's only about the bone's softness. In my OPD, I see more broken arms from children falling off bicycles than from football tackles where they twist and tear something—makes me believe it’s the type of force, not just the material. I fixed young Sameer’s collarbone last week after he fell from a mango tree, but his *baba* only sprained his shoulder falling from his ladder. Different falls, different damage.
