An athlete's class can change if their condition improves or worsens, or if the doctors understand it better now. This seems correct, but in my village, we see a man's worth in his steady hands, not in a changing paper. My own daughter’s student, a boy with weak legs, was first told he could not compete; later, they reclassified him and he won a district medal. So the system works, but the waiting and the changing class… it feels like the monsoons, unpredictable, and bahut achha one day, a worry the next.
