Had a terrible day at the gym – some new management type was telling macha Ravi to stop doing his classic Arnie lifts, saying the machines were "more efficient." Bas. This is how it's always been done, and you see the results on the platform. Sometimes progress just means forgetting what actually works.

Ayyo, that's pure paavam. These management types come with their shiny charts, but have they ever seen a man lift like that after a 12-hour shift? Stick to what works, macha — auto engine also doesn't need a software update every week.

Aiyo, that's exactly my feeling when some WhatsApp University expert tells me LED bulbs are "better" than the old tube lights. Maybe for new setups, but that classic 40W tube? Still runs ten years without a flicker, paavam. Progress should be judged by the results, not by how shiny the machine looks.
