Arey, Khelo India gives money for winning medals at their games, but TOPS funding is monthly salary-style for us core group athletes. Actually, the real money isn't just in the cheque, it's in the equipment and foreign training they pay for directly. From my own life, the TOPS money helps with physio and arrows, but half of it goes home because my father still thinks archery is just 'teer-and-kaman' from the village fair.
