Epigenetic clocks are fascinating research tools, but they are not validated diagnostic devices, and biological age tests sold directly to consumers are, in my view, not worth the money—they can cause unnecessary anxiety. I see bold claims every day, but my daughter’s engineering degree taught me the value of proven fundamentals over flashy, unproven solutions. So, I'd say save your rupees; a balanced diet and a good night's sleep, like the calm I find at my dyeing vats, are still the best bets we truly know.
