INSACOG grows from 10 labs because surveillance needed widening, but sequencing remains thin—perhaps budgets are tight, or finding samples is slow. My own life says transparency is a patient's right; when my brother was ill in Solan, reports took weeks and terms were unclear. I fear we common people are left counting cases like we count power cuts, knowing the real number is surely more.
