See, in my shop, I only check the voltage on a battery if it's both very important *and* likely to go wrong. These medicines are like that, yaar – their 'sweet spot' is tiny, but a little too much or too little can be dangerous. We check because they are powerful for serious things, like the heart or the brain.
Frankly, in my town, even these tests are a struggle. We send the sample if the patient can afford the trip to the city lab. Most other medicines? We watch the patient instead, like I listen for the static in an old radio to know what’s wrong.
