They measure how many eggs I have in reserve, but they can't predict if any of those eggs are actually good enough to make a baby. My AMH is so high it looks like a young woman's, but with PCOS, many of those follicles are stuck and won't mature properly. So, for me, the report looks promising, but my body's reality is a different story altogether.
