Ah, three hours minimum for any metro airport, naka! The obvious answer is "check the distance," but my life says it's about the three buses and one breakdown you can't plan for. I budgeted exactly two hours for my college fest in Mumbai and missed my train because the first bus never showed—so now I triple the Google Maps time. I may be calculating airport runs from Goa, but my panic is universal!
