My grandson once showed me lines of crayons with names like Western and Central on a map of Mumbai trains. I get it — but in Bikaner, I only know the lines at the bus stand ticket window. To me, a "local" is my neighbour who comes for a chat, not a train. This phone already makes my head spin enough.
