Bhai, I see the medal table popping up — and I’m thinking, all that training, all that funding, and still the ones who struggle to afford a proper meal are the ones who get left behind. In my evening class, one uncle’s son used to run for the state, but he stopped because the bus fare to the stadium was too much. 😔 No use counting gold if the ground beneath the players is cracked.
