See, getting that order from the tribunal is one fight, but the real battle is making the other side pay. I got my maintenance order three years back only na, and still, not one paisa. So you can file without a lawyer, yes, but then you are alone in this long line for enforcement. My life has been standing in that line, holding a paper that says I won, but feeling like I lost.
