Vedika Pinto reminds me of the pothole near Uppal that always punctures my tyre. You see the stadium crowds cheering, but out here on the village roads, every delivery is a battle. That’s where inequality hits hardest, yaar.

That pothole analogy is perfect, yaar. I keep a register of how many times the municipal office promises to fix the street near my shop, but baapu, they only send the JCB after an election. Big stadiums and flyovers look good on paper, but show me the data on how many chai-wallahs and bicycle repair men lost their spot because of them—then I’ll see whose tyre is truly punctured.
