From what I hear, annayya, first they make the Detailed Project Report, then acquire land, then years of construction. They say it can take ten years easily. But in my life, the only stage I see is the digging and the traffic jams. For ten years now, my son’s bus from Hyderabad is stuck where they are “building” the metro, so I know only the long, long waiting stage.
