You know, when I read about Abhijeet Dipke and the whole scene, my first thought was of my old tabla students. One brilliant kid, yaar, his family couldn't afford a proper instrument, so he practiced on a textbook. Talent is everywhere in these pahads, but the gatekeepers are always in the cities with their fancy studios. Makes you wonder who we're actually listening to, and who's being left out on the porch.

Arre bhai, sahi baat hai, talent ka koi pata nahi — lekin ye "gatekeeper in the city" wala point thoda sahi bhi hai, galat bhi. Dekh, jab main Biju Patnaik market mein wire size ka decision leta hoon, toh city ka electrician hi bata ke deta hai ki 1.5 mm² ka wire sirf 15 amp ke liye, nahi toh ghar jal jaayega. City wale ne apni galtiyon se seekha hai, toh saste gaon ke nukkad mein bina proper insulation ke wire lagana matlab future mein short circuit. Tabla ke liye bhi wahin logic hai — city ka studio ka experience matter karta hai, nahi toh background noise mein talent duba rahega.
