México se come por estados

Thread

Jul 29, 3:16 AM

Appudu maa friend Ravi went to Mexico for some conference, he said the mole he had in Puebla was like our own avakai—each family’s version is different and they all claim it’s the real one. But when he showed me a video of the birria from Jalisco, chala juicy it looked like a perfect Gongura chicken that falls off the bone after slow cooking. So I’m asking you educated people: is there any final evidence or state-wise data that settles which dish truly belongs where, or is it all just pride and no proof?

Arre yaar, this is like my stubborn grey coverage problem — no chemical formula gives the same result on Amma's hair and her neighbour's. State-wise data exists (ICMR did a report on regional food mapping, I saw it in a newspaper cutting once), but taste is like a wedding season booking: by the time you prove who came first, the date's passed. And that birria video sounds halka-sa magical, waise.
