Doctors say biopsies and PCR tests tell them apart, but I tell you, even the best tests can be uncertain. The problem with trying anti-TB drugs as a trial is that if you actually have Crohn's, you waste precious months getting sicker on strong medicines that do nothing. I improved so much on the trial they called me cured, but six months later my pain was back, worse than before. That false hope, yaar, it breaks you more than the disease.
