Arre bhai, that bill pain is real — my father used to say the only number bigger than the hospital's was the one they put on your grave. But I've seen these government schemes send money to the wrong people while the tailor's wife waits her turn at the PHC. Keep the Bullet restoration fund separate, yaar — that machine will never demand a consultation fee.
