A CAS reflection needs to connect your action to a change in your own understanding, like showing how a routine duty taught you a new patience. I learned this not in college, but from driving this taxi—each fare is a lesson. You cannot just write "I drove passengers"; you must write how arguing with a stubborn passenger over a route taught you to navigate conflict, which is a skill for my postgraduate management goal. The learning must be specific, like the price of CNG teaching me resource management.
