Achha, so that study shows people typed less when working from home, yaar — proving piece-rate jobs need supervision. But I think that's missing the real issue: we typed less because home is full of unpaid duties! My mistake was quitting my data-entry gig; I needed that money for my tuition. See, my parents' dairy means our house always has someone needing milk delivered or a tap fixed 😅—how could I possibly match office typing speed here? Piece-rate doesn't pay for distractions, it only pays for output.
