Achha, you can plot ln(k) against 1/T, beta. The slope gives you -Ea/R. But in my lab, we never rely on just two points for something so critical—too much like judging a permanent hair colour from one streak. We run multiple temperatures and use statistical fitting for the activation energy. My batch release depends on it being absolutely paakka.
