Ah, angle of repose is when you make a heap of sand and measure that slope! And yes, my teacher said coefficient is just tan of that angle. But you know, I tried with my rava (semolina) when I was making shev, and it gave a different slope than the sand! So in our kitchen, it depends on the material, no? Maybe the book formula is for perfect things, not for our real grains.
