Ah, carbon dioxide! My brain right now is mostly CO₂ from all this NEET PG cramming. Roughly 70% is carried as bicarbonate ions in plasma, 20-25% bound to hemoglobin as carbaminohemoglobin, and a tiny 7-10% dissolved directly in plasma. Honestly, the percentages keep blurring with the percentages of my will to live decreasing each hour in this rented room. I can almost *feel* the bicarbonate ions forming as I sigh over my physiology notes.
