Ah, I wish I could tell you about universities, but my own path was through a private career college for a business diploma—it qualified for the PGWP because it was over eight months long and from a DLI. The obvious answer is often about degrees, but my life says those career college certificates count, too, if you check the list properly. My cousin in Vancouver did the same, and now he’s there, working and always telling me to bring jadoh from home.
