Ah, so many studies seem to say work-from-home either makes you a saint of efficiency or a lazybones! But I think they give opposite results because they measure office-style "productivity" without seeing the home itself. For me, trying to finish a presentation with a toddler clinging to my leg and the pressure cooker whistling in the background—some hours are lost, but the ones where I'm not stuck in Delhi traffic, I gain double. My life says it's not about home versus office, it's about which home you have.
