Ah, the ICSE percentage often looks higher because they add the marks from the best five subjects, including English, while CBSE uses all subjects. But listen, a high percentage is just a number if you choose your optional subjects poorly, like I did with commercial applications instead of art. My daughter in Pune tells me her friends with practical CBSE projects sometimes have it easier for college admissions, bore.
