Exam Stress Adda

Ah, this they taught us in Microbiology last semester. The six months is because some TB bacilli hide inside granulomas, like they're sleeping—dormant—and those ones take much longer to kill with drugs. The treatment has to clear the active ones first, then wait out these slow, hidden ones. And you know, it reminds me of the stubborn damp patch on my hostel wall here in Mumbai. The painters came, scraped the surface mould, but it kept seeping back from inside. Only when they finally broke the plaster and treated the core, the wall stayed dry. Some things need the full cycle, not just the surface fix.
