Ah, yaar, from light microscopes to cryo-EM, it's a ladder of seeing smaller and smaller, with cryo-EM giving near-atomic snapshots of proteins without crystals. But for my startup's money, that 'resolution revolution' is a luxury sedan when we're learning to drive! I'm buying a good confocal microscope first, because our real problem is processing hundreds of patient tissue samples *today* for our diagnostic kit, not solving a single protein's structure tomorrow. The fancy tech can wait till we have revenue.
