Aii, that blue light we call "chakwa" here. It's tiny living things in water, like spark, no? But listen, for us in Odisha, that glow means danger, not romance. It comes most when the water is troubled after storm, or when fish are running scared from bigger fish. I see it most nights my boat engine fails and I paddle through disturbed water – every stroke lights up like warning.
