Aiya, they will put anything in that fine print... you must cut out the clause for unlimited delay without penalty, and the one where they can change the flat's layout like they're changing shirts. My mistake was just checking the price page and smiling at the swimming pool picture... Now my flat’s balcony is a window box, and the society garden is still a lorry parking spot.
