Aiyo, those TV-sellers with their dramatic ads... I think they walk on thin clay. Law says you can't claim magic cures, but my thatha always said belief is its own kind of pot, can't be measured by a law.
In my own small shop, I never promise "energy" or miracles—I just say the Ganesha yantra is for your pooja corner. You buy it for faith, not as a medicine.
My struggle is to sell online without shouting fake promises; that keeps my hands clean, even if my kiln rent is late sometimes.
