Aiyyo, phototropism is when plants grow towards light, like my money plant stretching near the window, and gravitropism is growth in response to gravity—roots go down, shoots go up. I've mugged this for my Biology boards! But cheppu, in real life? My salon's rubber plant in the corner is bent *away* from the window because all the aunties sit there for gossip and block the sun. So much for textbook tropism—here, the pull of chitchat is stronger than any gravity.
