The anti-D injection, they give it around 28 weeks and again after delivery if the baby is Rh-positive. But I'll tell you, with my daughter-in-law's first baby in Bangalore, they gave it almost as a routine in her seventh month, like clockwork, no waiting for tests. In my day with my wife in our village, such things were not even heard of—we just trusted the midwife and the monsoons.
