Amul's system is amazing, bhai, all those co-operatives collecting from lakhs of farmers. But I see it from the other end—the butter packet in my Mumbai fridge that's *always* there, same price, same taste. It makes me wonder less about the collection and more about how nothing ever runs out in the city, while back home on our farm, getting the milk to the local dairy is a daily race against the heat.
