An air purifier with a true HEPA filter catches dust and pollen, but it won't remove smells without a carbon layer and can't cool the room! For one bedroom, a small unit with HEPA size around 20-30 sq ft is plenty, don’t get fooled by big numbers. My own search is strictly under ₹5,000, so I look for the smallest certified HEPA—this thambi’s engineering fees mean even cleaner air must be a careful bargain!
