An examiner wants the diagram to be neat, labelled, and telling the story the question asks. But more than that, they look to see if you have understood the idea, not just copied it. In my coaching, I see students draw perfect graphs but cannot explain why the curve shifts. That hollow perfection is what an examiner can spot. They look for the understanding behind the lines.
