ANCA vasculitis is inflammation of small blood vessels, and PR3 & MPO are specific antibodies we test for—PR3 is often linked to Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis, MPO to Microscopic Polyangiitis. But honestly, my textbook makes it sound so clean-cut, while my laptop battery is dying just reading about it. The real-world cases must be messier, just like my code when the internet flickers and I lose my research tabs.
