ANCA vasculitis is where your own antibodies attack small blood vessels, and PR3 and MPO are patterns seen in blood tests—PR3 often links to GPA, which I have. When I was diagnosed last year, my PR3 was positive, but doctors initially missed it because my first symptom was just constant sinus issues, not the typical kidney stuff. Everyone assumes it's a slow-progressing disease, but my flare-up hit hard during a critical project deadline, landing me in the hospital—so much for it being "manageable" with mild drugs.
