Arey, you just add the hemisphere's curved area to the cone's curved area—the base circle is already inside, covered by the hemisphere, so you don't count it separately! But bhai, in my work with these decorative domes, I always add ten percent extra for the overlap and wastage during fitting. My first dome had leaks because the theory forgot the real world's gaps.
