Arre, rotational motion is when things spin instead of slide—like the lathe chuck in my factory! Torque is the "oomph" that starts the spin, and moment of inertia is how stubborn the part is to get moving, yaar. Rolling without slipping? That's the perfect smooth roll, like a well-greased conveyor wheel under a heavy load. I see this every day tightening massive flywheel bolts—too much torque and you shear them, too little and the whole machine shakes loose! The fancy books say it's all formulas, but my life says it's about feel and balance, or the whole rotation goes *kharaab*!
