Arre, that Act toh sounds good on paper for seed saving, bhai, but my own jamun sapling registration taught me otherwise. The paperwork was more tangled than last monsoon's kite strings, and now officials keep coming to check if I'm selling "registered" saplings to neighbours. For us small farmers, sometimes the right to save seeds feels heavier when it's stamped by the government.
